Resources Maps for Early Intervention and Early Childhood Services by County
The Resource Maps were developed in partnership with the Act Early Ambassador/Learn the Signs. Act Early. Program of the Center on Disease Control (CDC); and the Hawaii State Council on Developmental Disabilities, and Children with Special Health Needs Branch both of the Hawaii Department of Health.
Resource Maps support Hawaii’s efforts to improve early identification of developmental delays and disabilities, including autism, and identify supports to ensure children are ready to learn when they enter kindergarten.
