Meeting Schedule

The DD Council meets six (6) times a year (January, March, May/June, July, September, and November) on the last Monday of that month from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on O‘ahu. The exception is the meeting in May or June that is an all-day meeting and decided by the Council at its March meeting. This all-day meeting (8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.) addresses the Council’s State Plan and its activities and any amendments recommended by the Council’s committees. DD Council members are obligated to attend the DD Council meetings and be a member of at least one of the committees.
